Glenny Wood Site Fees

2021 Fees for using Glenny Wood - Fees held for another year......

Scouts (outside of Gordano District) and members of the Guide Association

£    1.30 Morning / Afternoon / Evening visits to the site per head per session

£.   4.25 Camping Fees, per person per night.

£. 40.00 Lodge per hour with hot water and heating plus visit fee

£140.00 Lodge Fees per night (max 24 hours) with hot water and heating, plus camping fees

Sole usage - 

£4:25 per person per night with a minimum of £725 for the usage of the site over the weekend (48 hours) - excluding the lodge

A 20% deposit to be paid to secure the booking within 21 days of receipt of the invoice

Other Organisations -

£    2.00 Morning / Afternoon / Evening visits to the site per head per session

£    5.50 Camping Fees,, per person per night.

£  50.00 Lodge per hour with hot water and heating plus visit fee

£160.00 Lodge Fees per night with hot water and heating, plus camping fees

Sole usage - 

£5:50 per person per night with a minimum of £750 for the usage of the site over the weekend (48 hours) - excluding the lodge

A 20% deposit to be paid to secure the booking within 21 days of receipt of the invoice

Please note - We will only be able to consider applications from organisations with a similar ethos to that of The Scout Association

(Sole Usage charges, normal fees calculation will be made, with the sole usage charge for 2 nights.

If usage is more than the minimum charge, normal fees will apply)

Activities Charges 2020 and 2021 - per session

£10.00 - Pioneering Poles with plastic rope

£  5.00 - Grass Sledges - per sledge

£  5.00 - Pedal Karts - per kart

£  1.00 - Tunnels per person, 

£10.00 - Wetlands per session, no number limit.

£10.00 - Snookball 

£20.00 - Aerial Runway

£  2.00 - Bouldering wall - per person, minumim hire of £20

£10.00 - Skills for Life - To hire an activitiy

For all users an Activities session is up to 2 hours, AM or PM or Evening

Late payment of fees may incur an additional fee of 20% on the total bill
