A lot of work has been undertaken to adapted Glenny Wood during these difficult COVID-19 times. Whilst the status is now YELLOW we are fully open, we do expect the recommendations and good practice to be followed, and socal distancing maintained.
In reviewing our site the overriding priority, as always, is to ensure the safety of all those using Glenny Wood for Scouting and other activities and that of our small team who manage the site.
So, what changes have been made for the Safety of those using Glenny Wood?

QR code - I have added a QR code sheet from the Government track and trace system, which you may wish to use to show you have been at Glenny Wood. All members of your party, who are 16 years of age and over, with the app on their phones are welcome to use the code and please encourage this to take place. The risk assessment requirement of notification still remains.

Please brief all your adults, parents and Young People when going to Glenny, so everyone is aware of the changes. Communicating this information is key, as to make the site safer, in these difficult times,
has meant many changes and making people aware is essential.
